Description
With the Exchange Transactions app, you can process transactions where customers return one or more items from a previous order, while also purchasing new items.
- Will be processed as either a partial refund or as a sale, depending on whether the net monetary amount from the exchange is positive or negative.
- Exchange transactions will only be processed with the same payment method as the original order.
App Restrictions:
- This app cannot be installed at the same time as the Merchant Fee Programs app.
- Tips are unable to be added to exchange transactions.
- Exchanges cannot be processed on Poynt terminals.
