Exchange Order Management
Keep exchanged order records highly organized and accessible through the exchange order management feature.
- After the exchange is processed, a new exchange order will be created in your Orders list for review.
- The customer’s previous order will include new details, including identifying the returned items.
- Both orders will have direct links to each other in order to save time and increase clarity.
