Exchange Items

- Easily choose one or more items from a customer’s previous order that will be exchanged for one or more new items.
- Quickly add new items to the cart
- Returned and new items are both displayed in the customer’s cart with color differentiation for high clarity
Process Exchanges
Easily process exchanges in a single transaction and with a wide range of options, allowing for quicker checkouts and high flexibility.
- Will be processed as either a sale or partial refund, depending on if the net amount from exchange is positive or negative.
- Exchanges can be processed with any payment type, with refunds occurring in the same payment method as the original order.
- The exchanged order can be voided and refunded
Exchange Order Management
Keep exchanged order records highly organized and accessible through the exchange order management feature.
- After the exchange is processed, a new exchange order will be created in your Orders list for review.
- The customer’s previous order will include new details, including identifying the returned items.
- Both orders will have direct links to each other in order to save time and increase clarity.
