Inventory Reports
With the inventory reports, you can analyze which items are causing you to lose or gain the most money and then adjust your stock accordingly to increase profits.
- View the Inventory Report for full details on all of your inventory.
- Review the Product Mix report to view sales data about each product sold in a selected time period
- Use the Modifiers Report to review info on all modifiers sold with products
- With the PO Receiving Report, you can view details about the retrieval of stock of each item in your company’s store(s).
- View the Store Transfer Report for info on all items transferred from one store to another during a specified time period.
- Use the Adjustment Report to view data on all adjustments to items that occurred in a specific time period, as result of them getting lost, broken, stolen, etc.
Sales Reports
With the sales and shift reports, you can see how much profit is made and which employees are making the most sales at specific times in order to better apply resources where necessary to increase business.
- View the Z Report to analyze data on all transactions completed during each shift on all of your stores’ registers.
- Data in Z Report includes total transactions, total sales, and breakdowns of cash flow, revenue numbers, and tender type.
- You can use the Transactions Report to view info on all payments processed during a selected time period.
- Transactions report can be filtered by customer, employee, store, register, time period, and currency range.
Orders Report
Be more organized and productive by quickly viewing the status of all of your orders to better lay out your resources and process transactions more efficiently.
- View information on all your orders in all stores and registers or filter by store
- View such info as order ID and name, dollar total, order type and status, date, employee and customer
- Filter by order status, order type, and fulfillment status
- Export the report
Tax and Tips Reports
Be more organized and save time through easy access to tip and tax data in the Tips and Tax Reports.
- Keep track of tips provided for each employee in transactions paid via credit/debit card in the Tips Report.
- You can use the Tax Report to view info on all taxes paid during transactions for a selected time period.
Serial Item Reports
Avoid money loss from outdated serial items by viewing the serial item reports.
- View the Inventory Aging Report for info on the number of days that have passed since each serial item was added to your inventory.
- With the Serial Item Tracking Report, you can track serial items, from the date of retrieval to the date of sale or removal from inventory.
Time Filters in Sales Reports
You can now filter the Product Mix Report by time-ranges to see how your products are selling during specific times, during a day.
- Increase profit margins by analyzing product performance on specific days or times or day.
- Determine when certain products sell the best, when they sell the worst, and use this information to streamline your marketing and inventory!
Time Clock Report
Avoid employee fraud and be more organized in managing employees and their time with the Time Clock Report.
- Keep track of employee hours for specific time periods
- See which employees are working the most
- View data on which employees worked on a certain register in a given time
Export Reports
View all reporting data on one screen to better analyze your business information by exporting the reports.
You can export the following reports to a .csv file:
