For quick service restaurants, a whopping 70 percent of food businesses using a mobile POS system admitted that using such platforms contribute to accuracy and speed during service. This advantage is beneficial for both parties: customers complain less about wrong orders and restaurants waste less time (and money) on food-related disputes.
